Key Responsibilities Provide premium customer service to all clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience Register clients and verify their access to clubs and/or lounges, ensuring a seamless and efficient process Welcome clients by completing all guest experience tasks, including greeting clients by name, ensuring informal identification is visible, providing WIFI passwords, and asking how you can help Book and confirm flight reservations using various systems, such as the semi-automated business review environment (SABRE) and Qantas Wise Keypad (QIK) Check in premium clients for their flights, handling flight changes, rebooking, and identification check swipes with ease and efficiency Monitor trips to identify boarding times, delays, or disruptions, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded Issue client tickets, including day-of-departure, reissues, and future tickets, with attention to detail and accuracy Cancel passenger reservations as requested, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process Place clients on priority lists, including upgrades and waitlists, to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded Provide timely resolution of clients' travel issues, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional Contact higher levels of customer care support, such as premium services CSCs or CSMs, to address complex client issues, as needed Document client issues in the passenger name record (PNR), ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Perform club enrollment or sales activities, such as Admiral's Club and credit card enrollments, with enthusiasm and expertise Coordinate all services provided to elite status clients, including Concierge Key program and Five Star service, with precision and attention to detail Assist elite status clients, such as Concierge Key and Five Star members, as they move through terminals, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience Assist clients with their luggage, as needed, with a smile and a willingness to help Maintain the appearance of lounges or clubs, including lead of walk-throughs, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Communicate with colleagues to ensure that food and beverages are provided to club and/or lounge clients consistently, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction Supervise the activities of colleagues offering services, such as catering and sanitation, to the club(s) and/or lounge(s), ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence Assist clients with technology provided in the club(s) or lounge(s), with patience and expertise Hold meeting rooms for same-day travel demands, ensuring that all clients' needs are met and exceeded Coordinate services for any meetings occurring in meeting rooms, including food for the meetings, with precision and attention to detail Complete open or close procedures for club(s) and/or lounge(s), ensuring a smooth and efficient process Address escalated client issues or concerns, with empathy and a focus on finding solutions Conduct alcohol inventory review with beverage colleague, as needed, with attention to detail and accuracy Monitor KeyStar system to prioritize appropriate services for clients, including government officials, OneWorld, Concierge Key, and FiveStar, with precision and attention to detail Report to position on time, as scheduled, and at your assigned station or location, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, with reliability and a commitment to excellence Complete task-specific training phases, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards, with a focus on quality and excellence Wear uniforms as required by company policy, with pride and a commitment to presenting a professional image Comply with federal regulations, including Spot, FAA, and TSA, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and security Utilize various internal resources/systems, including during client interactions, with proficiency and expertise Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on customer service, hospitality, or a related field Bilingual language skills required in certain locations, with a focus on clear and effective communication Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and security Must be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable, with a focus on compliance and adherence to regulations Successfully demonstrate exceptional customer service and client engagement in a hospitality environment, with a focus on quality and excellence Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously while giving close attention to detail and client care, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills with the ability to interact genuinely with all levels of management and public contact, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences Service-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, with a focus on quality and excellence Willing to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Prior customer hospitality experience strongly preferred, with a focus on
