Key Responsibilities As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your duties will include: Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs. Communicating arenaflex's service standards to customers, ensuring that they are aware of our commitment to excellence and our dedication to their satisfaction. Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that critical matters are addressed promptly and efficiently. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as required, and ensuring that all issues are fully addressed. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, call reports, and updates to our CRM system. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are fully resolved and that customers are satisfied with the outcome. Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights that will help us to continuously improve our services and enhance the customer experience. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Bilingual skills are a definite plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide exceptional support to our multicultural community. Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy sector, where you have developed a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone, ensuring that you can effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and analyze data to inform your decisions. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that you can meet deadlines, achieve targets, and maintain high standards of quality and performance. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, demonstrating your ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide insights that will inform business decisions and drive growth. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure, and providing exceptional support to customers, even in challenging circumstances.
