Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers, identifying travel needs, presenting and explaining arenaflex products, and making travel recommendations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a late night/early morning shift, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads and/or prospects to identify travel needs, present/explain arenaflex products, and make travel recommendations Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations, and following up with consumers as necessary to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact databases to identify client travel trends and proactively seeking opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations, including promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles Perform other job-related functions as assigned Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience being a plus Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally Strong working knowledge of arenaflex products, including current fleet and ship itineraries Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Proficiency in more than one language, with fluency in languages other than English being a plus Previous experience with live chat or phone sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this position is $24,960, with the opportunity to participate in our Sales Incentive Plan. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
