Your primary responsibilities will include: * Entering medication orders for various facilities with accuracy and attention to detail * Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities * Maintaining accurate patient profiles and medication information * Billing and crediting facilities accurately and efficiently * Meeting production targets and maintaining a reasonable workload * Traveling to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges (as required) * Assisting in orienting and training new employees * Completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs * Performing other duties as assigned **Attendance Requirements** As a remote employee, you'll be expected to be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
