As a remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will play a vital role in our claims coordination team, providing administrative and staff support services that ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services, including data entry, customer service, and claims processing. U.S. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for this position, interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online. You must be at least 18 years of age or older, or be able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract. Additionally, you must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. You must also have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
