Job Overview As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for generating retail sales, learning and uncovering customers' needs, positioning product insights and solution recommendations, and closing sales using phenomenal communication skills. You will also be expected to continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, and refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, and have one or more years of work experience. You should also be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods. Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are also desirable. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $43,000-$56,000 per year, which consists of both base pay and team-based commission. Candidates coming from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, which will be paid out in two equal parts.
