Job Overview As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during challenging times. You will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Available Shifts Sunday 7:00AM-1:00PM, Monday 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00AM-1:00PM Monday 7:00AM -3:00PM, Tuesday-Wednesday 7:00AM-1:00PM, Saturday 7:00AM-3:00PM Saturday - Sunday 7:00AM - 1:00PM, Monday 7:00AM - 3:00PM Saturday 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Sunday 7:00AM - 1:00PM, Monday 7:00AM - 9:00AM Saturday 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Sunday 7:00AM - 9:00AM, Monday 7:00AM - 9:00AM Saturday 7:00AM- 3:00PM, Sunday 8:00AM - 8:00PM Friday - Sunday 3:00PM - 8:00PM Saturday & Sunday 6:00AM - 4:00PM Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include: Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process Collecting and documenting claim details accurately Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage Demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer-first approach, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Excellent language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred Technical Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: A reliable computer with a stable internet connection A speed test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net) An Ethernet connection is strongly recommended, but not required You must work from a private network, and public locations are not allowed No VPNs are permitted, as logins must occur in the US Benefits and Compensation At arenaflex, we offer competitive compensation and a range of benefits, including: Competitive hourly rate Ancillary benefits, such as dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible after 60 days of employment 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment Employee Assistance Program Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
