Job Role: The Heart of Our Customer Service As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, as well as performing other daily duties such as: Maintaining our customer database to ensure accuracy and efficiency Making daily outbound phone calls to follow up with customers and provide updates Routing technicians based on location to optimize our service delivery Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team to foster collaboration and excellence Positions Schedule: Flexibility and Work-Life Balance We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, which is why we offer a unique schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Your schedule will be as follows: Wednesday: You will be required to work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break Monday-Friday: You will work remotely from home from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break, except on Wednesdays Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Previous call center experience of at least 1 year, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and provide calm and professional support to our customers The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate our service area with ease Proficiency in accurately documenting information into our customer database (Service Titan), with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Remote Work Qualifications: Setting You Up for Success To ensure your success in this remote role, arenaflex will provide you with a laptop and cell phone.
