About the Role: Data Entry Clerk – Remote As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering and modifying data within our digital databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our information. This is a temporary, contract position of 40 hours per week, lasting 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the confidentiality of information and adhering to our data protection policies Entering customer and account data by inputting both text and numerical information from source documents within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Compiling, verifying accuracy, and organizing information based on priorities to prepare it for computer entry, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies Reviewing data for errors or deficiencies, correcting incompatibilities when possible, and checking the final output to ensure quality and precision Researching and gathering additional information for incomplete documents, using your problem-solving skills to track down missing data and resolve issues Applying data program techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with our systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective data entry Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be proficient in touch typing and database management tools, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
