With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Job Summary** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing an outstanding customer experience to all clients who walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services. You'll also operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Functions** * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for extended periods * Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including printing and binding machines * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
