Job Overview The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in addressing labor force activities and concerns from our store and HR partners in the field. This position requires a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading task groups, performing data gathering tasks, and developing solutions to improve our processes and communications. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to drive business performance and support store operations Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, project/procedure planning, and data implementation Develop and present reports to teams and leadership for review and action Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Direct and manage direct reports, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is preferred, with store insight and/or ASDS experience being a plus. You should have experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management, as well as solid quantitative abilities like statistics and data analysis.
