**Job Title:** Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity (11am-8pm EST)

**Responsibilities:** * Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances, ensuring that patients understand their financial obligations and are provided with clear and concise information. * Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Maintain performance goals, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. * Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job. * Perform successfully in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and communication. * Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including our proprietary systems and software. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, with a high level of accuracy and speed. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and insurance carriers. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. * REMOTE WORK: + Dedicated work from home space, with a quiet and distraction-free environment. + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and insurance procedures. **Technical Requirements:** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, with a stable and reliable connection. * No satellite internet, with a focus on wired connections and Ethernet cords. * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord, with no reliance on Wi-Fi,
