As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission by providing data-driven insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Remote Data Entry Team, responsible for managing and analyzing data related to subscriber changes across our Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our upstream data partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by critical events requiring remediation, and collaborate with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and analyze data related to subscriber changes, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected * Develop queries based on required business logic to determine precise subscribers for notification or potential remediation * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress and roadblocks to business partners * Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information * Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure status for critical business events * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 3+ years of scientific experience * Proven ability to convey technical or scientific ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills * Degree in a scientific field **Good To Haves** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Wind stream **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment and media industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
