As a Customer Experience Representative in our Mom and Baby division, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to new and expectant mothers, helping them navigate our products and services with ease and confidence. About Our Mom and Baby Division Our Mom and Baby team is a dynamic and supportive group of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a wealth of resources to help you succeed. We specialize in providing breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers, as well as supporting expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide, and presenting arenaflex's services to meet their unique needs. Your Primary Responsibilities Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, maintaining attention to detail and a customer-centric approach Interface with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs, providing personalized recommendations and support Present arenaflex's services, highlighting the benefits and value we offer to new and expectant mothers Handle inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales and providing exceptional customer service Contact patients through outbound phone calls and emails, building relationships and providing ongoing support Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively Communicate with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, ensuring they receive the right products and support Prompt follow-up for services promised or rendered, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Process documentation, including verification of insurance, and maintain data accuracy and integrity Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs Skills for Success To excel as a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships Ability to handle high call volume, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in fast-paced environments Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, driving results and achieving success Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Self-disciplined, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, research, and adapt to changing priorities and needs Willingness to work in a high-stress environment, maintaining a positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Sensitivity to patient care issues, with a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and compassion in customer service Maintain HIPAA confidentiality, adhering to strict standards of patient confidentiality and data protection Required Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred Microsoft Office computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volume and prioritize tasks effectively What arenaflex Offers At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits, including: Competitive pay, with a starting rate of $18 per hour Health plans with FSA or HSA options, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring you and your loved ones receive the best possible care Optional life insurance, providing peace of mind and financial security 401K with company match, helping you plan for your future and achieve your long-term goals 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parents, and 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parents, supporting you and your family during times of need Additional parental benefits, including fertility stipends, free diapers, and breast pumps, demonstrating our commitment to supporting working families Paid holidays, PTO accrual from day one, and employee assistance programs, ensuring you receive the recognition and support you deserve Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're dedicated to helping our employees grow and develop, both personally and professionally.
