Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner Leverage probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to perform tasks and duties Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
