In this role, you'll be responsible for registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll also be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, and be willing to adapt to changing situations. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Registering sales on assigned cash registers and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience * Engaging with customers and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or companion products * Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised condition, taking inventory, and continuing facts * Testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss * Ensuring compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise * Completing resets and revisions as directed * Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on backside cabinets) * Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise * Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance * Complying with all agency policies and approaches; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers * Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned **Education & Personal Development** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs (Personal and Professional Learning) requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company.
