Job Description and Responsibilities As a Data Analyst for E2E Delivery at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision making. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting ad-hoc analysis, creating dashboards, and providing insights on capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation to make our delivery platform more efficient and reliable Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources and support investigations of key drivers Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the operations of key stakeholders Key Responsibilities and Deliverables Some of the key responsibilities and deliverables of this role include: Planning and estimation of retail tests Building dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping Conducting root cause analysis for late deliveries Analyzing performance differences between stores and markets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or computer science Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Proficiency in SQL and data analysis software, such as Excel or Python Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering Programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Experience working with large datasets and performing data mining and analysis Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
