Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute medical services methodologies and drive patient wellbeing results * Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services * Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient wellbeing results * Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting * Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned region and serve as a representative and contact of the organization * Fill in as an educated authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders * Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure * Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes;
