You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis. If you're a seasoned program manager with a passion for cloud computing and data analytics, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and develop end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, recognizing and acting on opportunities to optimize **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud computing and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing large datasets using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights * Experience with cloud computing platforms, data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) * Strong project management skills, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy complex projects * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and metrics automation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
