Key Responsibilities Compare data entered with source documents, or reenter data in verification format on screen to detect errors, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enter necessary codes with precision and attention to detail. Audit customer data for accuracy, making necessary adjustments to maintain the integrity of our data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Comply with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the arenaflex HIPAA Security policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Identify, analyze, and report data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. Provide analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, looking for ways to improve and promote quality, and applying feedback to performance to ensure continuous improvement. Quantity: Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner, striving to increase productivity and efficiency while maintaining high levels of quality. Type 50 WPM, with 10-Key Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience preferred). Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Relevant work experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy, productivity, and quality. Work Environment and Physical Requirements The Data Entry Specialist role is a hybrid remote position, with initial training conducted onsite in Oklahoma City, OK 73120, followed by remote work on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The work environment is indoor climate-controlled, with moderate to quiet noise levels. Physical requirements include communicating verbally and in written form, utilizing a laptop and other electronic devices effectively, and lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds (laptop computer, bag, and accessories). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
