**Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex**

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provides exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registers transactions on assigned sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as needed * Processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required * Takes customers to the OTC walkway to assist with finding items * Maintains counters and retires clean and well-organized, takes stock, and keeps records * Checks in and prices stock as required or as directed by senior supervisor or shift leader * Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, ensuring data is accurate, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions * Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Organization policies and procedures related to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Audits and follows the Walgreen Co.
