Our culture is built on a foundation of inclusivity, diversity, and open-mindedness, ensuring that every musician has access to the resources and support they need to thrive. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support to our musician-users, working closely with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries.
