Job Overview This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a unique chance to transition into a permanent role within arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. Your working hours will be from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, and you will have the flexibility of working remotely, with all necessary equipment provided by arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim information to callers, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. Solicit necessary information to perfect claims, consistently delivering a superior level of customer service and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Work effectively with various products, including STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life, and AD&D, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each and how they meet customer needs. Enter information into the system quickly and accurately while on calls with customers, showcasing your ability to multitask and manage data entry responsibilities. Maintain a high level of compliance with operational standards, meeting or exceeding call center operational metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment. Anticipate customer needs, take proactive actions to address them, and build trust through genuine caring and empathetic customer service. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service experience, preferably within the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, either over the phone or in person. Experience in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-related production tools, is highly desirable. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered. You must be able to type at a speed of 7,000+ KPH, meet strict attendance expectations, and achieve call metrics set by arenaflex. Essential skills include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer queries and concerns. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, while maintaining productivity and performance standards. Proficiency in using computer systems, telephony tools, and data entry software, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
